I'm not a computer genius, how easy is eAgent to use?
Don't worry eAgent is really easy to use, we have ensured that the whole system is decluttered and non-technical. If you've ever filled out a form on a website then you'll have no trouble working with eAgent, but if you're ever stuck we have some video screencasts to help.

Can i use eAgent for portal feeding only?
Yes of course, although we don't have a package with this feature alone there is no obligation to use the other features of eAgent if you don't want to.

The portal i want to feed to isn't on your system, can i still feed to them?
In short the answer is yes, as long as they can accept one of the other many feeds we produce, if they can't then you can pass us their details and we will endevour to add them to our system.

I'm not in the office much, can i still benefit from eAgent?
Absolutely, because eAgent is an online application you can access it on your laptop anywhere in the world that has WiFi, an internet cafe or even on modern phones like iPhone.

Can i limit access to sensitive areas such as invoicing?
Yes, you can choose exactly what sections your staff can access and also whether they can only add, edit, delete or all.

I've already got a website, is it possible to integrate eAgent?
Yes, as long as you choose the Basic or Business package we can discuss the ways in which we can integrate your site with eAgent.

I've signed up for the free trial but have not received my welcome email
It can take up to 10 minutes in some cases for emails to be delivered, if it has already been longer than this then check your junk mail folder, and failing this contact us and we'll be happy to re-send the information to you.
